Testimonials

On 9/21/2026 ** BLKHK1UP ** had this to say:
I recently had my prescription updated and fitted into three pairs of glasses—one everyday pair and two pairs of sunglasses—and I could not be happier with my experience at Eyeglass Outlet in Lebanon, NH. The level of professionalism, speed, and care here is truly unmatched. The turnaround time was incredibly quick, yet the quality of the work far exceeded my expectations. The staff (owner) took undivided time to understand exactly what I needed, from my daily computer use to long drives and all day wear. They worked with me on the best look, the best fit, and the most comfortable options for my lifestyle. What impressed me most was how personalized the entire process felt. She read my old frames to understand what I had been using, reviewed my new prescription, and offered thoughtful recommendations that made perfect sense for how I live and work. She walked me through frame sizing, lens coatings, and customization options without ever making me feel rushed. Her expertise and attention to detail made the experience feel premium from start to finish. The prescription is absolutely spot on, and all three pairs fit and function perfectly. The comfort, clarity, and craftsmanship far outweigh the cost—this is truly high quality eyewear backed by exceptional service. If you’re looking for precision, professionalism, and a genuinely personalized experience, look no further than Eyeglass Outlet. I will absolutely be a returning customer.

On 8/8/2024 Jim C. had this to say:
In recent years, the name "Karen" has become cultural shorthand for problematic and entitled white women. I am pleased to say that Karen who owns Eyeglass Outlet is a different breed completely -- a wonderful pillar of the Lebanon community and proof that small town customer service lives on! Two years ago I bought progressive lenses here and after trying them for a couple months I reluctantly concluded that I could just not adjust to them and I returned, expecting to be out of pocket several hundred dollars for this failed experiment and was completely surprised when Karen told me she could exchange them for two pairs glasses of different strengths , with no additional money due. The two pairs have been great. I have stopped in a handful of times for her to adjust the frames and to tighten some screws - always for no charge (although she has a cookie jar on the counter to which people are welcome to contribute and she will, in turn, give to charities in the community). Today, nearly 2 years later I returned because the coating on my reading glasses has started to come off. I really didn't think anything could be done about it but wanted to know how important it was and/or how much it would cost to replace the lenses. Karen took one look at them, checked on her computer and saw that I have had them for a few weeks shy of two years which means the lenses are covered by a full warranty and she has ordered a replacement set of lenses for me and will call me next week when they come in and will put them in my frames -- again for no charge and again with a "thank you for coming in." I can't imagine wanting to buy glasses anywhere else
